AXION / LEGAL
PRIVACY
POLICY.
Effective date: August 25, 2026
This policy explains how AXION Paddle Co. handles personal information during the product-test stage of this website. It is written for U.S. visitors and should be reviewed with your legal adviser before any wider launch.
Information we collect
When you submit a product-test request, we collect the contact details you enter: your name, email address, and any optional phone number, city, or state. We also store the AXION paddles you selected. This test site does not collect payment-card details or take payment.
How we use information
We use submitted information to contact you about the AXION product test, respond to requests, understand product interest, improve the website, and, where you agree, market AXION products.
Cookies, test analytics, and Meta advertising
With your consent, AXION uses first-party test analytics plus Meta Pixel and Meta Conversion API. The test analytics assign a random browser identifier and store only a one-way protected version of that identifier, the day, page-view count, and Add to cart actions. They do not collect names, email addresses, payment details, or full IP addresses. This lets AXION see anonymous visitor totals and which paddle cards receive Add to cart clicks.
With your consent, Meta technologies may receive cookie identifiers, browser information, IP address, the page URL, and selected shopping actions. When you add a paddle to cart after accepting analytics cookies, we send the standard Meta event Lead with the paddle name and value. Analytics and marketing technologies do not load unless you choose “Accept analytics.” You can change your choice at any time using the button below.
Sharing
We may share information with service providers that help us host and secure the site, provide customer support, and measure advertising. We do not sell personal information for money. However, some U.S. privacy laws may classify sharing information for cross-context behavioural advertising as “sharing.” You can opt out of that marketing sharing by rejecting analytics cookies.
Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal information, or to opt out of certain advertising uses. To submit a privacy request, contact AXION using the privacy contact information provided in the product-test confirmation or official customer-support channel. We may need to verify your request before responding.
Retention and security
We keep product-test request details for up to 180 days, unless a longer period is needed to respond to you or comply with legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Children and policy changes
This website is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy when our practices or applicable requirements change. The effective date above indicates when it was last revised.
Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a Do Not Track setting. Because there is not a universally accepted standard for responding to these signals, we do not currently respond to them. Your analytics-cookie choice on this site controls whether our optional analytics and Meta tools load.
Contact
Before public launch, AXION must publish a working privacy contact email or mailing address here. Replace this section with your legal business contact details and make sure this policy matches your actual product-test, support, and marketing practices.
